Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), Nativos is the controller of that data.

What data we collect

Data you provide

• In the site form: name, company, e-mail, WhatsApp and the message you write.
• In conversations by WhatsApp, e-mail or social media: the information you share in the exchange.
• When you book a trip: identity document details, date of birth, emergency contact, and any dietary or health restrictions relevant to the operation.

During the expedition

• Photos and videos taken by our team, which capture the image and the voice of everyone taking part. The use of this material is authorized in the travel agreement and is explained in the Terms of Use.

Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent browsing.
• Cookie identifiers, according to your choice in the cookie notice.

How we use your data

• Reply to your message and send itinerary proposals.
• Organize and run the trip you booked, including accommodation, transport and attractions.
• Issue tax documents and comply with legal obligations in the tourism sector.
• Understand how the site is used and improve the pages.
• Send news, offers and content by email or WhatsApp, when you agree to receive them.

The legal bases are, depending on the case: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent.

Cookies

We use cookies for three purposes:

• Necessary: they make the site work and store your language and cookie choices.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, to measure traffic in aggregate form.
• Marketing: Meta Pixel, Google Ads and other advertising tools, to measure campaign results and show more relevant ads.

On your first visit you can accept or refuse the cookies that are not necessary, and change your mind later through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed for the trip to happen and for the site to work:

• Guides, drivers, guesthouses, restaurants and attractions that are part of your itinerary.
• The insurer responsible for the complimentary travel insurance.
• Partner agencies and tour operators, when the trip was sold by them.
• Payment providers and financial institutions.
• Technology providers: website hosting, email, traffic analytics, CRM, booking system and email marketing tool.
• Public authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that did not turn into a trip: 24 months.
• Data of those who travelled with us: for as long as needed to meet tax and legal obligations, generally five years after the trip.
• Browsing data: according to the validity period of each cookie.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access that data.
• Correct incomplete or outdated data.
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
• Request data portability.
• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from our communications.
• Be informed about who we share your data with.

Security

We take technical and administrative measures to protect your data, such as restricting access to the team members who need the information, a secure connection on the site and care in choosing suppliers. No system is infallible: if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify you and the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority, as the law requires.

Children and teenagers

Trips with minors are booked by their parents or legal guardians, who provide the data needed for the operation. We do not collect data from minors directly through the site.

Changes to this policy

If we change the way we process personal data, we update this page and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we let you know through our channels.
